Yes. As long as your order has not yet gone out for delivery you can cancel or change it at anytime. To cancel or change an order email support@petfoodiela.com and tell us your order number. We recommend that you also include a phone number which we can reach you at, just in case.
Nope. All orders are delivered by Pet Foodie employees in our company cars. We do this to ensure that every order arrives intact and on time. Frozen foods are always transported in coolers with Cold Ice X Formula refrigerant and we will never send out damaged product.
We accept returns on all food and treats regardless if the product has been opened. Simply bring the item to our store located at 2523 17th St. Santa Monica, CA 90405 during business hours and we will process the return. You may return goods purchased within the last 90 days.
Toys, beds, and other non food items may be returned provided that they have not been used and tags are intact.
Orders placed before 12PM will be delivered same day and orders placed after 12PM will be delivered the next day. We operate Monday - Saturday and all orders are hand delivered by our Pet Foodie team.
Nope. Our goal is to make shopping for your pet easier and more convient. For these reasons we do not charge for delivery costs.
Yes, our minimum order is $50. We recommend that if you have a cat or small dog that you order two weeks of food at a time.
